Jeff was always thinking up ideas to improve the service in the companies he worked for, but in most cases, the owners didn’t want to change anything. The standard practice among garage door companies was – and for most still is – to rush through each call to maximize profits.
With his deep passion for connecting with the community and an unwavering commitment to top-tier service, Jeff eventually decided to do something about this and start his own company.
He wanted to serve customers at a higher level and build a team of HIGHLY TRAINED technicians who were great with people and genuinely addressed their needs. Making sure people were cared for rather than rushing through as many calls as possible.
On top of that, Jeff believed that delivering unsurpassed service could only happen if his internal team was HAPPY. (Yes, at Jolly Goat – we’re a team dedicated to inspiring and caring for each other so we can spread that joy to you – our client!).
Each of us completes a thorough (and unique) training program to ensure we are experts at what we do. Everyone goes through a rigorous certification course, from our in-the-field technicians to our office staff, and we have to graduate before we can even begin to serve our customers and clients.
